Photographing, Copying or Publishing material from the Archives

Guidance on using and reproducing archival material.

High-quality images of materials from the Magdalene College Archives are available for purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Compliance with UK copyright and data protection laws.
• No restrictions imposed by the original depositor.
• Copying must not cause damage to the material.

If you wish to publish, exhibit, or reproduce images, including digital formats, an additional reproduction fee applies. Permission must be obtained from the Archivist before any image is used for publication.
